How do I reserve my place at The Pavilions and Consultant Roundtables?

How can I sign up for an activity on Monday, March 3?
You can see all availability and reserve tickets here.
The activity I am interested in is sold out, will I be able to join?
Please email summits@withintelligence.com to join the waitlist and we will contact you should any spaces become available.
Can I book a hotel room at the Biltmore?
The Biltmore is now sold out. Please check your confirmation email for booking links to our overflow properties.
I need to make amendments to my hotel booking, how do I do that?
Please contact the hotel directly if you would like to make any changes or to cancel your booking. Please note most hotels have a 2 week no refund policy, so we advise making changes before then.
Can I get a copy of the attendee list?
The 2025 attendee list will be available 2 weeks prior to the Summit via our event App.
How do I access the Summit App?
The Summit App is hosted on Swapcard and can be downloaded on both Apple and Android. The Summit App will be available to attendees on Monday, February 17.
Will I be able to arrange meetings ahead of arriving at the Summit?
Yes. Once the Summit App is live you can start requesting meetings with other attendees. Simply click onto someone's profile via the attendee list, and select the a purple button ‘Book a Meeting’. Choose a time and location that suits you. Add a message and send the request. Please note – meeting requests must be accepted within 2 days otherwise they are automatically cancelled.
What is the dress code?
Our dress code is business casual throughout the duration of the Summit, and we recommend bringing along comfortable footwear. If you are partaking in any activities, please bring appropriate clothing. Please note, if staying offsite there will be no changing or showering facilities at the Biltmore.
I can no longer attend the event, what are my options?
Our summit and activity tickets are non-refundable. Please email summits@withintelligence.com if you need assistance.

Please apply on our Find Out More page. Please note, due to demand, our content team can only respond if they have a relevant opportunity to offer.
At the Summit
How do I get to the Biltmore if I am not staying onsite?
If you are booked in one of our overflow hotels, there will be complimentary shuttles running on loop. The timetable is accessible in Swapcard. Rather take an Uber? Harvest Partners are providing complimentary Uber codes. More details will be provided closer to the Summit.
How do I get to my off-property activity on Monday morning?
If you are booked in one of Monday morning activities that takes place off site, please check in at the designated activity check in and they will direct you to the meeting point. More information will be provided to you in an email prior to the Summit, as well as in the Summit App.
What to do if my Swapcard isn't working?
Prior to the event, please email summits@withintelligence for help. On site, we will have a concierge team available to troubleshoot any access issues or you can use the helpdesk within the app.
What should I bring with me each day?
We recommend you bring a notepad, pens and business cards.
Will there be a quiet space where I can take meetings?
Please use our Summit Lounge or the Spire and Cottage Lawns for quiet work or calls.
If I have particular dietary requirements, will they be catered for?
Yes, we collected this information when you registered for the event. There will be a wide range of food options available that will be labelled. Please speak to a member of the hotel staff if you need any assistance.
Where do I go for help?
Once on site you can go to the both the Event Concierge Desk or the Registration Desks where a member of team will be able to help answer any questions. We will also have a live chat function available via the Swapcard app where you can chat with a member of the With Intelligence team at any point.
