Networking at the Summit

Feedback shows us that networking is one of the most important reasons delegates attend the Summit. However, it can sometimes feel overwhelming to find other relevant women amongst our 1,200 strong audience. Therefore, in 2025 we concentrated our efforts to making sure attendees had both the technology and opportunities to find and connect with other attendees that are most relevant to meet.
The Pavilions
A new addition to the 2025 Agenda, our topic-led Pavilions provided a hub for attendees to come together to learn and network with a group of peers who share a similar interest in a more informal setting.
Taking place on the Spire Lawn, in each 90 minute session attendees had the opportunity to join two 30 minute guided roundtable discussions that focused on the featured headline topic.

The Roundtables
Our sold-out Roundtables session gave GPs and LPs a chance to spend time with investment consultants in small groups, to better understand their private equity programs and how they partner with managers and investors.
The Technology
In 2025 we introduced several new features to our Summit App which allowed delegates to connect with other attendees with ease. Over 90% of attendees logged in, with over 1000 setting up their enhanced profile which led to an increased number of connections made and meetings arranged throughout the Summit.
