Summit 2023

We return to California at the end of the summer for our second annual Women’s GP Summit, aimed at those women seeking to learn what it takes to rise up the ranks and become a firm leader. 

The Summit will bring together some 200 women from across the private markets industry - dealmakers, investor relations professionals and administrative team members – to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing and partnering opportunities in an open and honest environment.

Led by industry veterans, women who have already climbed the proverbial ladder, the agenda will feature perspectives on where the private equity and venture capital industries are headed from limited partners and leading general partners and what that direction may mean for those looking to make their mark. 

Attendees will also gain insights on negotiating, compensation, presenting, and dealing successfully with limited partners, portfolio companies and fellow team members.

Held a renowned retreat style venue, the Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village, between Malibu and Santa Barbara, the Summit is purposely designed to create an intimate, high touch atmosphere.  

Focused breakout sessions, developed for each GP role, will be combined with wider macro panels for the whole audience, and intertwined throughout will be multiple networking breaks and activities to allow attendees to connect with each other in a more relaxed, informal setting.
